A Visit to Remember...

My Air Force joining "little" brother will be home in less than two weeks! We get him for five glorious days, plus Evie and Uncle Pete get to finally bond. He left for London two weeks before she was born so we are just so very excited to see him!
Peter is the best brother a sister could ask for and here are a few of my favorite memories of growing up with him...

One of us waking the other up on Christmas morning to open our stockings together

Camping out on my bedroom floor

My Mom making us wear the most hideous matching sweaters on Christmas Eve that a cousin had brought back for us from Ireland

Our matching elephant toy boxes

Peter's Mr. Bean imitation

Getting all dressed up to see The Nutcracker at the Wang Center

We truly believed that "peanut butter and jelly" were the magic words to make the garage door open (we had no idea there was a remote that controlled it)

My Mom and I had my brother convinced that every potato we ate was home grown by Fran, a friend of my Grams (it was the only way he would eat potatoes for a very long time)

Watching "Are You Being Served" with my Grams

Going to Salem every fall during "Haunted Happening"

This list could go on and on and on...
