Hello Again...

Summer has flown by and I can't believe it's already September! The days are a little cooler and much more comfortable. Morning trips to the playground now call for a favorite Dora The Explorer sweatshirt! I'm looking forward to colorful crunchy leaves, hayrides, deliciously sweet apples fresh from the orchard, and bright orange pumpkins with my 2 little pumpkins!

This summer brought lots of changes around here! Our sweet little Isabelle was born a bit dramatically 5 weeks early. She was healthy and absolutely perfect! Belle is the happiest baby girl. She's quiet and mellow just as long as she's being held. Luckily she's not particular who's snuggling her! It has taken Evie a few months to warm up to her baby sister but she is starting to come around. She now chats with her, "shares" food with her, helps burp her, hands me wipes while I change her diaper, and as we get ready to go out the door she asks if "baby" is coming too. It's so sweet and I'm loving every second of it!

Life has been hectic, tiring, busy, and filled with cuddles, hugs, and big sloppy kisses. This is what has had my days filled to the brim:

We put an offer on a house! The seller accepted it, but it's a short sale so now it's a waiting game. Instead of 30 minutes away from everyone we will be less than 10 minutes from both Grammies, minutes away from a few close friends, and only houses away from Ryan's sister. The girls will get to grow up right next door to their sweet cousins!

I hadn't heard Evie get up the other morning (that's never happened before and a little scary) and I woke to her handing me the toaster. (We keep the toaster on the floor of the pantry to save on counter space so she didn't unplug it) Evie LOVES toast!

Belle is almost rolling over! She just has to move her pesky little arm out of the way, but she is trying so very hard to get there!

I dropped something on the floor and said "Oh man" just to quickly hear Evie repeat me. Ryan and I thought it was so cute until the next day when I told her she earned herself a timeout and her response was "Oh man!" I couldn't contain my giggle!

I bought Evie a pair of crocs on sale, but they are 3 sizes too big, yet she wears them around the house all day no matter how many times she trips over them!

Ryan has taken 3 of the 4 CPA exams! He has passed 2 and we're waiting for the score of the third exam. I'm so proud of my hubby!
